G.R.I.T. (Get Real, It's Time) is my new online 21 day transformation.

I could have called it Get Ready, It's Time - but I didn't want to scare you off.

G.R.I.T. will guide you to make the lifestyle changes necessary to improve your health, increase your immunity and strengthen your resistance to life’s ongoing physical and mental  challenges.

I coach you in 3 main areas: your mindset, your  diet, and your physical activity during these 21 days. It's just enough time  to get you started on forming some good habits to help you kickstart your new way of living. 

Your online course will include new content sent to you each week, including information, activities, recipes, and workouts to help you develop your "healthy living muscles".   We will interact once per week in a group Zoom session to answer questions and get your feedback.
