Got back from Woodstock Monday and hit the ground running…so much to do to get ready for the big move! Yes, I am expanding my practice to include workshops and group in-person sessions, so I got some more space. Twice as much, in fact. I will still be at 66 High Street, however I will be on the ground floor, in the rear of the building. It will be so much easier for some of you to visit me now. And I can’t wait to show you around, starting in September.
I am very excited about this because it allows me to expand some offerings that you have asked about. I plan on holding vision board workshops and host meditation gatherings this fall for starters. Information on workshops is coming soon to the events section of https://www.facebook.com/teeminghealth/ . Of course, if there is something else you might be interested in finding out more about, please contact me. I love to introduce people to different health and wellness experiences that can enhance well-being.
I will also be taking the Thriving Women series on the road to several libraries in Burlington County throughout September and October, starting September 10, so there are plenty of opportunities to check out the entire series or only the parts that really interest you. Here is what we are going to cover each week:
1. Mindset - if you think you are old, you are! How to reframe your middle age with the right mindset that supports a thriving healthy lifestyle. Includes a meditation practice.
2. Food and Fitness - what is Primary food? explore food behavior and outcomes? how our bodies change as we age and examine popular diets.
3. Future wellness - Tech, gut-brain connection, renewal at the cellular level and aging myths debunked.
I love doing this series because it is interactive, informative and dare I say it - inspiring! If you are muddling through your middle ages, come out and find out how to re-center, re-group and reclaim yourself. Oh, and we do have fun!
And yes, I will have a grand re-opening of my new space later in September – maybe just in time for Hollystock. I will keep you posted. In the meantime, thank you for all of the positive feedback I get on this blog. Have a great week!
