I’m Michelle Martin, a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner (CHHP) and, I know there’s so much confusing advice out there about how to lose weight, look and feel great any season, especially in the warmer months.

Which led me to become trained as a qualified nutritionist and wellness coach, with the aim to empower women to take charge of their own health and well-being. My trek towards optimal health and healing from a debilitating injury inspired me to establish Teeming Health in 2016. Frustrated by generic advice and seeking a more holistic approach, I embarked on a mission to provide practical, personalized solutions to my clients and have helped over a hundred women move forward on their own wellness journeys.
