I want to live a long, healthy, and vibrant life. That's why, when I suffered physical injuries that left me side-lined for months, got frustrated with the standard protocols that I was offered, I decided to educate myself in practices that support physical, mental and emotional wellness.

Fortunately, I trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC, where I learned the principles and implementation of wellness. I use this knowledge to help people navigate their way through unhealthy choices and find simple, easy-to-follow habits that will improve their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
