About the event
We are going to go through a supportive group cleanse for 5 days, where we prepare and eat whole, unprocessed foods that contain no additives, no added sugars, no dairy and no caffeine. Â We will all be amazed at our results by the end of the week!
Important info:
We have a group kick-off Sunday night, July 9 and a group finale on Saturday, July 15.
Every evening, from Monday, July 10 through Friday, July 14, Â I will go live on Zoom for a check-in and to answer any questions. You have my full support
You will also have a private Facebook group just for you all to ask questions, give feedback and support each other.
The Mindful Cleanse is loaded with everything you need to be successful.   Recipes, meal plan, and shopping lists (including substitutions).  More importantly, during our time together,  we will explore mindful behaviors  and contemplative activities that challenge us to change not just our eating habits, but possibly our lives.    This is a great way to put your big toe in the water and check out how to eat more healthily for a few days and see some impressive results. I promise!
