I don't know about you but I want to not only live a long life, I want it to be as healthy and vibrant as it can be, physically, mentally and emotionally.
That's why I have spent the past 20 years staying fit, always learning and eating well.
I trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, NYC in wellness principles and implementation. This is the foundation of the tenets of wellness I have developed just for you.
We don't know what we don't know. And the results are a nation of people who are chronically ill, mostly from lifestyle diseases, meaning preventable ones.
I help you navigate your way through the thicket of unhealthy choices and find your way to simple, easy to follow and results-oriented habits that will have a profound impact on your physical, mental and emotional well-being.
