What better way to explore mindful eating habits than through the concept of Buddha Bowls. This session will provide an overview of mindful eating habits, how to easily adopt them, and witness the construction of a simple Buddha Bowl.
Buddha Bowls help you mindfully prepare and enjoy your meal, usually in 30 minutes or less. Join Michelle Martin of Teeming Health Wellness, for an engaging and entertaining hour. You will walk away with a greater appreciation of your food, and a few nutritious and quick recipes you too can easily make.
