Yes, I passed and as a recipient of this designation, I am recognized as being able to effectively coach others in relation to their health goals, while staying in my scope of practice. A Certified International Health Coach understands and practices active listening, holds a client accountable and works towards creating lasting change through positive behavior modification. Additionally, the coach follows professional and ethical standards.

I am proud of this new professional designation, so even if it doesn't match the rest of my website, I don't care!
