Chin up, Buttercup!

We are in a time that is transforming how we live, how we work, how we relate to each other, and what are our next steps. How is all of this uncertainty making everyone feel? How can we plan for a future that we can’t really see? Is the precariousness making you feel anxious, unable to make any decisions, or worse yet - ready to throw in the towel?

Chin up, buttercup! It’s going to get better, I promise.

While hunkering down these past few weeks, I have been thinking about my role as a coach who helps you take actions that you may not always be comfortable doing at first. Imagine my surprise when I realized I was having some difficulties in that area myself. I take a certain pride in meeting up with my clients in person to guide them on their unique wellness path. Now, I realized I needed to look at the services that I provide, and realign them to be more responsive in this era of unpredictabilty.

Chin up, buttercup! It’s going to get better, I promise.

It is a 21- day bootcamp focused on your food, exercise and state of mind, to quickly reset and get you on a path to long-term wellness. It is just enought time to help you act immediately on these key areas to kickstart your success. It is just enough time to show you it is possible to develop habits that produce results. It is just enough time to show you the long-term possibilities. If you have never had success before in creating a healthy lifestyle you can live with, this might be the place to start.

And I still provide one-on-one coaching, although it is now done all online or by phone.
